My entire professional life has been driven by a passion for all things automotive. From dealership startups to automotive consulting, my focus has been on developing and executing strategies to deliver best-in-class customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and ROI.

ABOUT
My background in automotive is diverse and includes dealer principal and general manager of a multi-brand operation, including Chevrolet, Honda, Cadillac, Maserati and Lotus and 12 years in a C-level position at a Fortune 250 company. In each role, a strong commitment to our brands and to our team members has been the driver of our growth and our success.

Additionally, I authored "Assuming the Position - A Family Business Survival Guide," included in the syllabus at Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

I have represented the automotive industry as a television and radio spokesperson as well as a workshop leader and keynote speaker.

Mancuso Automotive was founded to represent the finest in sports luxury brands, introducing digital transaction capabilities with Click.Ship.Drive.™ and award-winning customer satisfaction.
CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER |Â AON WARRANTY GROUP
Oversight of global communications, including public relations, marketing communications, advertising, digital media, social media, internal communications, and investor relations.
FOUNDER |Â MANCUSO INTERNATIONAL MOTORS
Located in suburban Chicago, Mancuso International Motors operated four locations, representing Honda, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Maserati and Peugeot and introduced System123, an OS-based automotive pricing tool.
FOUNDER |Â CONSUMER CONCEPTS LTD
Consumer Concepts provided consumer experience data to the automotive industry, including both OEM and retail operations, utilizing a proprietary algorithmic scoring process.
